Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter."

"I received a phone call from the Boy's AirTech office the day before my scheduled service call confirming my appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Chuck (service tech) to let me know that he was en route to my home and his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, Chuck immediately started a thorough system condition and performance inspection, using a detailed checklist. During this process, Chuck asked several questions about the system's history and past maintenance. He also offered several suggestions about ways to improve the system's function and upgrade its performance and efficiency. At the conclusion of his inspection, he sat down with me and gave me a summary report of what he found and provided me with a copy of the checklist - as well as a quote for the items that he recommended earlier that could enhance the system's performance.
