(I went out to the sites of all 3 businesses submitted to me by Home Advisor and learned the other two had been around for some time.) I'm just surprised that a business is allowing customers trying to get in touch with them to have to deal with not even being able to leave messages. I have family members who allow their "mailboxes to be full" because they don't want to be bothered. Surely, a business "wants to be bothered." Especially a new business. So, I guess I just want them to keep their word on the servicing my A/C units. However, should I have problems with my new furnace that was just installed (March 2021); who am I supposed to call when no one is answering their phones. The answer to number 22 below will have to be No. No, because I wouldn't be able to tell anyone how to contact them since they are not answering any phones."
