Got a call it might be between 1400 and 1600 before they could get here because with the storm we had last night they had extra service calls. No problem, my A/C is working. At 1205 I had a knock on my door. Clay came in; spent approximately an hour and a half going over everything for/with me. Once again, hats off to Kingdom Air and CLAY!!"

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
