I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. "Job Overview: Installed AC unit in house attic to cool the upstairs unit (2nd floor) of a duplex. Overall Feedback: This is the second time I have used Wade Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them in the future. Felt like they treated me as part of the “Wade” family. Crew Feedback: If you get the opportunity to choose your crew I would highly recommend Brian and Russ as installers for the job. This is the second time I had Brian as the main installer and he is absolutely terrific. This was my first time with Russ but he was very professional as well and thought he did a great job as well. Product Feedback: Wade is a “certified installer” of Carrier product and although more expensive than getting a Rheem/Rhud system I have enjoyed the quality and conditioning power of a Carrier system."

The contractor explained the pros and cons of what was available and we came upon a great heating & cooling system. "The owner of North Pittsburgh Heating & Cooling came to our house on a Sunday to service our central air conditioning system that was not cooling our house. He said he would not charge us a premium price for a Sunday service call. Upon seeing that our central air conditioner was over 14 years old and used obsolete refrigerant he recommended that we replace and upgrade it with a new system that is compatible with our existing furnace. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace our ac and completed the project the following week. I now have a new working a/c with up to date refrigerant that has a 5 year guarantee on parts and labor and a 10 year guarantee on parts. North Pittsburgh also relocated the condensing unit to the side of our house, corrected the combustion air pipe to our furnace and installed a new outdoor hose faucet."

"All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others. Great service, great price and staff technicians are knowledgeable. Kudos to Don H."
