Did all the research, and narrowed the brand to Lennox, but as Consumer Reports stated , a poor installation will negate the advantages of a top shelve unit. We got five estimates, three were Lennox certified, we decided on A.Johnson as Anthony ( Sales rep) showed on time, was very knowledable and had all the right answers to our questions, it was a "gut feeling" ,that payed off as the installers were also punctial, professional, efficient , competent and upon departing removed all packaging and other debris. We shortly found out that the A/C Unit WAS as good as advertised as within a week after installation we experienced several 80-90 degree days, and our Lennox unit performed flawlessly.You shouldn't be disappointed with A.Johnson Plumbing and Heating, I know we weren't ....." they done good""
