"I knew it was not going to be cheap, sigh, and it wasn't, but it was about what I expected and the plumber was friendly, professional and was on time, and had the new heater installed very quickly. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely use Big Angelo's for any future plumbing needs. He even reminded me that by going through Angie's List, I received a discount. He was even careful not to harm the mouse who had taken up residence in the water heater closet! Very good experience.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"He did a very good job.  Be prepared for all of the extra's they will ask for beyond the initial deal.  I will say we have a lot more airflow going through our heater now and the dryer really needed it.  We had two cancellations before they came on the last time.
