"As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

"Alltech offered the best price for a new AC/Furnace unit by far. They had no problem servicing our home up near Payson and in fact, delivered and installed during a significant snow storm in late January. The technicians were very friendly and were not bothered by the weather conditions although it made their work more difficult. They clearly wanted to take care of us and get us up and running and they did. I would definitely recommend their team."

"Over the years, I have had some harrowing experiences when I have faced computer malfunctions. Just the thought of another telephonic tech support marathon made me cringe. Until now. This was the most pleasant computer repair encounter ever. As I sat comfortably in my recliner, Jim worked his magic on my computer and taught me a few things while he was doing it. Not only does my middle-aged computer run like a teenager again, I can surf with confidence knowing that he is just a phone call away. "I contacted Alltech Solutions, Inc., for a swamp cooler repair. The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did. The technicians I met were extremely polite and cordial, and very quick and competent in resolving what the issues were -- no fuss, no fanfare. The price was very good as well. My house is now completely comfortable even with heat in the 100's! Many thanks!!"

"These guys came out because i couldn t figure out why only half of my yard electrical outlets were working (had to get the Christmas lights going). They were here as scheduled (I was at work) and it was a simple tripped GFI outlet that i couldn t find. They were honest about the fix and didn t even charge me for their time and drive out to Queen Creek. No doubt i will keep their contact for future use. Highly recommend."
