On Monday Nov. 21st he replaced my old water heater (21 years old) Nasser is honest and very reliable. "I'm so annoyed that every time I cooked in the kitchen on the main floor the cooking smell go straight to the basement and my roommate is constantly complaining and he brought in a guy claiming that this guy can fix the problem. The was never fixed and cost me a good amount of money which made me mad. I looked up the comments online and find out how great people talked about Matthew. Through his trained eyes , he educated me how the HVAC system works and what's the problem and what steps should I take to solve the problem. Matthew pointed out to me that when I cook, I have to have the intake air (which I don't) in order to replace the exhausted air. The problem is my kitchen duct vent that takes the exhaust air to the outside is pointed downward right above my kitchen windows and one of them has the exhaust fan; so the smell comes out through the exterior duct vent and goes back into the house through the portable window exhausted fan. The solution is to open one window and turn off the thermostat during cooking. The best solution is to call Bray & Scarff to fix the duct vent. "I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"

"The quality of the work was great, it is the product I am not sure about. Just had the system put in last year and the mother board needed to be replaced. While it took longer than expected to receive the part, once received, it was replaced the next business day. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced the part and performed the inspection; and explained it all so I could understand what they did (they even replaced the air filter without my asking).
