"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "They came out to give us an estimate, and gave us a very good presentation of the product they had to offer, complete with a demonstration of the features.
We ordered the door, and when it came in they called with an installation date and time of installation.  They arrived on time, and had it quickly installed.  They were going to replace the molding on the inside of the door, and because of our door being the original door when the house was built, the size of the molding they installed was too small and showed a gap between the door and the floor molding.
When I told them it wasn't acceptable that way, they called the office and told them what the problem was, and immediately were told to get the right size molding and install it.
The door looks great, and the glass is so much thicker and more sound proof than our old one.  We can feel a difference in  the warmth of the room with the new door, no draft and cold air coming in.  Overall, we couldn't be happier.  We would certainly use them again.
