"If you're experiencing any hesitation, please read this review. Not usually one to leave a review, but Climate Heroes did an amazing job installing our new system. For reference, we are in Buford and preferred to go with a local company. They had great reviews so we gave them a call and were blown away by their customer service. From the customer service team, to a visit from their technician, Miguel, the whole company was friendly, fast, consistent, and very communicative from the start. The install team came early the next morning and they were done by the time we got home from work. We felt so prioritized. It was such a relief to come back to a cooling home! Unfortunately it was an unexpected expense, but we feel like we got more than what we paid for from the service alone. The team was professional, organized, and took so many precautions and aftercare to make sure our home was left cleaner than when they started. We?re extremely happy and felt an immediate sense"

"Luis came out to the house promptly as scheduled and did an excellent and thorough job of diagnosing and repair our A/C unit. Highly recommend using this company."

"I was happy with the mini split install. Took a little longer than I expected."

"I called Pillar and they answered immediately. I asked them to schedule a service call for a check-up for my office unit. Quinton came out professional dressed came right in and got started. He told me he would recommend the service plan for my business so they could keep an eye on my unit to reduce any breakdowns. I was very impressed about his professionalism and knowledge of the equipment. I now have a peace of mind getting ready for the summer months Bill Roberts CEO Bill Roberts Electrical, Inc. "Jeff the owner went above and beyond to help me. He was there even after business hours to answer any questions and concerns I had. Iâ ve already recommended Giesbrecht to my family and friends. Terrence the technician was Knowledgeable and detail oriented he even helped explained my situation to American Home Shield-ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you Giesbrecht youâ ll be hearing from me soon."

"You can't go wrong with their level of integrity to fix your unit right. I've used their team more than once and each time it was an honest repair, no hidden agendas. Like a great mechanic/doctor they become your GO TO when you need one every time!"
