They also came up with a great plan for a steam humidifier to address my breathing problems, and truly the air is cleaner than it used to be. I have been able to discontinue using most of the extra HEPA units I've been running, which once they are all off may increase the savings to $200 a month. Thanks for really figuring out what I need! I will be back if I need anything else! Note: final calibration of the steam humidifier will occur after our water softener gets fixed, for the obvious reason. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
