"12/27/2013 = before Christmas we were having problems with the furnace coming on.  We called a few furnace repair businesses and AirPros was the one which could come out soonest.  Our son-in-law is an electrician and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board.  When AirPros came out they made the same diagnosis (which indicated to me they know what they are doing) and replaced the ignition control board.  The technician also said the blower motor was slow at startup, which is a sign of wear (the furnace and air conditioning units were 19 years old).  It was now working so we didn't do any further maintenance.
10/14/2014 = the thermostat would click on and off, on and off, etc. without letting the furnace stay on.  We called AirPros again, thinking maybe the thermostat needed to be replaced.  Instead, a second circuit board was bad but because the furnace was so old we chose to replace it, which included a new thermostat.  The installation took about half a day and we were very impressed by the quality of work, their knowlege and professionalism.  They were very patient and answered all our questions.
They determined the air conditioning unit was still functioning ok and not in need of replacement.

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. "Very well. The air conditioning workmen (Shaun and Sedrick) showed up between 8 and 9 and worked through until 4 PM. They were professional, informative and respectful of homeowner. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"It went well. They came out on a Sunday afternoon (of course it was more expensive because it was the weekend and their emergency hours). They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. We then called back and had them service our air-conditioning unit and signed up for a reduced rate for yearly servicing. Very professional."
