"Very positive experience; he showed up a little later than scheduled, but called me in advance to give me an approximate time of arrival. Determined the problem with the unit right away, and fixed it. Showed me how to replace my air filter and even went to Home Depot to get me proper air filters for my unit. Saw that my dogs had chewed on an electrical component, and warned me that it was a danger to them. Gave me a 10% dicsount because I work for a company which also utilizes his services."

Went above and beyond to find us the right unit - we needed the whole package replaced: thermostat, air handler and 4 ton cooling unit. Jacob worked over the weekend (in the midst of his wifeâ s birthday celebration in Orlando) making calls to find parts and sending drivers to GA and Jax so we didnâ t roast in the Florida heat. Went the extra mile to add a UV light to kill bacteria. Gave special attention to us because weâ re retired (on a fixed income); my husband is an Army veteran.
