"I was experiencing low water flow to my 3rd floor bedroom. Since the house is 100 years old, I assumed that the only way to repair the problem was to replace the water service lines which would have been very expensive. Brian came to the house and identified the source of the problem as the water pressure regulator. Brian replaced the regulator, drained and refilled the lines to remove air bubbles. The problem was repaired. Given the age of the house and the location of the problem most contractors would have told me I needed to replace the pipes to the 3rd floor. Brian identified the real problem and in the process saved me a lot of money. Great Job."

They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls).
