"April 16, 2026, United Refrigeration & Air Conditioning came out to provide an inspection of my HVAC. I signed up for the twice a year inspection. Two very nice workers, Scott and RahJ (Roger) came out, inspected and provided the service. I was very glad to meet them for the first time. They were on time, very friendly, and explained in detail the services they would be providing. They thoroughly inspected the items on their checklist, and discussed what I should be doing throughout the year to keep my system operating properly. I was very pleased with Scott and RahJ (Roger). "After checking on Angi and being contacted by Velocity Air Conditioning, Inc., I hired the company because my A/C was not cooling. Brandon came out that very day, on a Sunday. After determining that my very old A/C (2005) could not be repaired, I contracted with Velocity to replace my system - A/C, heat pump, and new thermostat. Gary came the very next day and installed my new system, and he checked that it was working properly. Both technicians were very professional, courteous and efficient.
