"AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment. When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up. The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature. I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also. After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).
FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided. This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them. They also installed our current water heater. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise. The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations. I would recommend AWE to everyone.

"I had the opportunity, and the pleasure, to work side by side coordinating with the office manager Maggie. She was so intentive with all my needs and always made it easy to get my questions answered. Maggie kept me informed on every step of this very large process from scheduling a crane and road crew, to getting permits and having the work inspected. SHE MADE THE WHOLE THING SIMPLE. Now the work crews worked quickly to get things running for us. The original plan was to take two days getting the old air conditioners down from the roof and then the new ones up and running. The crews had everything done in less then a day. I could not be happier with my experience with Phoenix HVAC!! I will definitely hire them again!"

"I had the best experience. It was a super hot day and my air conditioner stopped working (it had given me problems in the past and i knew it was time for a new one). Called Keith Lascos heating and cooling; told them the situation and they said they would be out by my house around 5pm. Not only did they show up on time but they completed the installation the very same night. The price was fair and they answered all my questions and ever since I have had no problems with my AC. It was probably the best experience I've ever had with a HVAC company."
