They said they would be back to pick up debris and drop off a user manual but did nit come back. I finally cleaned up the mess but still do not have a manual. System seems to be working well."

The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
