Andrew was very responsive and contacted me a day after I purchased the service. I needed new "guts" for an old toilet since it would no longer seal, a bathroom towel rack had come off the wall, an air vent needed to be put back on and the sheet rock was too thin to attach it, a shelf needed some braces, and a pocket door needed a pull handle and adjusting.
Andrew purchased the part to fix the toilet, completed the other projects, and came back later in the week to put the molding up around the pocket door with covered nails.
All of those pesky projects are done and look great. He got all of them done in the time I had purchased. He cleaned up after himself. No attempt to up-sell.
