Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. They also upgraded our air filtration system and thermostat. We are very satisfied with the work that Air Pros did. We would definitely use them again if we need the services or equipment they provide."

After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. We then called back and had them service our air-conditioning unit and signed up for a reduced rate for yearly servicing. Very professional."
