"They are good. Everything was fine. They were prompt, accurate and reasonable priced. My interactions with them were fine. The work is fine, it’s been since 5 years ago and the furnace is perking along, ditto the air conditioner. The cost was reasonable. I couldn’t find anything wrong. It has been so long ago, who knows what they are doing now. We will have them back to check our A/C this spring. We highly recommend them."

"Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."

*** I have recently added the Nashville area to my service coverage. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "The installation and secondary service went fine; I do not think that there was anything that Bakers had done wrong or negligently. It was an act of the installation, difficult to determine whether an item manufactured else where would function as promised. I cannot fault Bakers for their service of the unit. I have had no problems with the air conditioner, the hot water heater or the thermostat, all of which Bakers installed in the last 4 years.

"From the onset, I had an AMAZING experience with Hugo Carpet Service. Mario, the Sr. Sales Manager, was a gem and he values effective and efficient communication. They came out and did an estimate, I asked a few questions and the responsiveness was on POINT. Additionally, I caused a scheduling mishap and they were able to accommodate my schedule changes. I also appreciate that they were able to install the flooring that I already purchased. The floor looks great and I have ALREADY (and will continue to ) recommend them."

"IT STARTED WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR HOUSE, SUDDENLY IT WENT DEAD, THE TEMPERATURE STARTED TO RISE, I CALLED A FEW COMPANIES BUT THEY WERE BOOKED UP THE ERLIEST OPENING THEY HAD WAS FOR 2 WEEKS.
I KEPT SEARCHING FOR LOCAL COMPANIES AND HVAC EVOLUTION CAME ON THE LIST I CALLED THEM AND WITHING 2 HOURS THEY SEND A TECHNICIAN, WHO WAS VERY PROFESIONAL, HE PRESENTED HIMSELF AS MR.CORDON, HE STARTED TO CHECK THE UNIT AND FOUND OUT THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS DEAD, HE EXPLAINED TO ME
THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS BURNT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT HAVE THE MOTOR WITH HIM
BUT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TODAY HE SAID. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT I AGREED ON IT, HE LEFT AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR HE CAME BACK INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR, CHECK THE PRESSURES ON THE UNIT, AND WITHING A FEW MINUTES I STARTED TO FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING OUT. HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COILS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, I AM PLANING TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM, I AM GLAD I FOUND HVAC EVOLUTION ON LINE, THEY WERE FAST, RELIABLE, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT AT ALL THAT BAD FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
