He did a fine job installing the new Goodman heat pump in this old house. It works well, and is very quiet. I was impressed with his attention to detail with all of his work. The install took several days, yet at the end of each day he cleaned up his worksite thereby making living through this disruption quite liveable. "When James came out to give me a bid I found that I had already met him at my old house where he had come out to fix a problem I had. He is one of the techs and knew his product very well from an install and maintenance stand point. He was able to figure out what I wanted when I wasn't sure myself and gave me a great bid on a system that is expandable for an additional unit in my garage I plan to turn into a living space. The other companies that came out to give bids were salespeople with out a thorough understanding of their product and their bids were thousands above what Miller offered on a product that I would not have been happy with. All being said, for any HVAC work in the future I will be going to Miller's Heating and air first and very possibly exclusively."

They laid down floor tarps everywhere so nothing got on my hardwood floor and carpet, which i loved! Very friendly and accommodating of my young kids in the house during the whole experience. After the install there was a small problem with the system, they were back the very next morning with zero hesitation, trouble shooting the problem and fixed it in no time.
