Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. "Robert B came early and advised me that the furnace needed replacing because of the age. All the sheet medal work was done on site. He ask me how did I change my air filter. So while he was doing the sheet medal work , he fabricated a sliding door to make it easy access to replace the air filter. Robert had an assistant Gin that was excellent in his workmanship. If I had any problem with my furnace these are the guys I will call First. They did a outstanding Job."

"The tech discovered that the pipe leading to the expansion tank was corrosive and that there was water in the expansion tank. I was quoted a replacement, including labor, and the expansion tank was replaced. After completion, the tech showed me the inside of the pipe and it was quite disgusting and almost completely clogged. He confirmed my water heater was in excellent condition otherwise. In addition, I happened to have another worker at my home and when I told them what I paid for the replacement, he exclaimed it was a good price."

"Best price for unit and installation of the companies I looked into, but customer service left something to be desired. Took a very long time to get someone out to install the new filter set up at the air intake, with poor communication on their part. That part of the job was done poorly and had to be redone at my insistence. Also had the red warning light come on. Called about that and no follow through. Again. Really wanted to like these guys, but unimpressed with the experience."
