I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. AirPros also treated me like family. Go with this family business, you will be happy."

"Our air conditioning died right when the heat wave hit. (of course!) We spoke with Product Air and were able to have Eli come out and look at it the same day! After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! He even came back the next day at no charge to troubleshoot a problem in our crawlspace. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work!"

"First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you! Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!"

"From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit."

Whenever we have had a furnace issue over the years, John swings by our home quickly to make sure we are not left in the cold. John & his son installed a new furnace for us a few years ago and continued their tradition of great service. We schedule annual maintenance with them for our furnace to keep it in top working condition. When we decided to upgrade and add central air conditioning last year, it was an easy choice to go with Bassett Home Heating. Joe was very easy to work with in creating the bid with just a few pictures, scheduling the work, and keeping me up to date throughout the process. "Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"
