They were all very professional and polite. One final thing, I received a SMUD rebate with the new install that was only good through the end of the month, and I was doing this very last minute...Mark jumped through hoops for me to make sure all of the paperwork got submitted in time so that I received the rebate. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them!"
