Even Henson had mentioned they them selves had a full schedule, There office staff made it very clear that they would do everything they could to put us on there schedule. Within one hour we had received a call that they dispatched one of there trained technicians. They had performed a full thorough inspection of our equipment and explained all that was wrong and how they can help us fix this situation quickly. Granted our equipment is over 15 years old and still holds R22 refrigerant, most companies donâ t touch it unless you replace systems. Henson replaced the damaged parts and charged us a very reasonable rate. We would recommend Henson along with their amazing customer service."
