"We communicated by text. He sent me the estimate quickly. He sent me an estimated time of when he would start. He text me that there was gonna be a short delay. The day he was starting, he said he would be there between eight and 10. He arrived by 9 AM. He listened to my final instructions. I added some shrubs that needed to be trimmed. He removed dead plants and mulch,added a weed barrier and river rock. He was very pleasant to speak with. Hard-working. When finished he removed and cleaned up everything."

The only issue we had was the blower was putting off way more force than we wanted, the technicians fixed this but it required us to get a new thermostat which Angi scheduled Leo to come in and install free of charge. "I hired Thomas for a furnace tune up and to replace my filter because I couldn't figure out where it was in my unit. He showed up on time, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to replace the filter, popped a new one in, tuned up and cleaned my unit and suggested some other routine maintenance that was overdue without pressuring me to do it now. Ultimately, I decided to have him clean my a/c coils while he was here since he had a little time before his next appointment. He showed up on time and called when he was on his way. I felt that his pricing was fair and he was knowledgeable. He was even really sweet to my dogs. I will hire him in the future to clean my ducts for sure, and felt really comfortable with him in my home."
