"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"I was having a problem with my air conditioning. The thermostat was blank. I called Ray?s HVAC. They came over and identified the problem. Then they came back two days later and fixed it. Everything is working fine now. I would use them again and recommend them to people I know."

"This company advertised 24-hour services and 1) picked up the call immediately (after 8 pm) 2) was able to respond quickly and 3) had our furnace repaired by 11 pm. The technician was courteous, efficient and made the additional effort to measure carbon monoxide levels near the unit and in the living area. We were very pleased with their services and will contact them first in the future. Pleasant, knowledgable and fairly priced."

"They did a FANTASTIC job ! Had them out for a Central AC tune up while he was doing the tune up he found a short in the AC unit which was causing the Fan on the furnace not to go on. On the spot he replace the required part on the AC unit and solved the problem. The technician explained every thing that he was doing he was Very articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. The work was done efficiently and reasonably priced. Very honest and reputable company which is NOT common with HVAC companies. I definitely would hire them again and recommend to anyone needing HVAC work !!! Thank you for the job well done."

"I have never written a review but today it was a MUST. This morning my A.C. was not working I messaged AAA HVAC and within minutes a gentleman "JOE" called me. I explained my air conditioner was not working and with 1/2 hour a young man named "Jay" was he. He was polite, courteous and explained everything to me.
