"I received a phone call from the Boy's AirTech office the day before my scheduled service call confirming my appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Chuck (service tech) to let me know that he was en route to my home and his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, Chuck immediately started a thorough system condition and performance inspection, using a detailed checklist. During this process, Chuck asked several questions about the system's history and past maintenance. He also offered several suggestions about ways to improve the system's function and upgrade its performance and efficiency. At the conclusion of his inspection, he sat down with me and gave me a summary report of what he found and provided me with a copy of the checklist - as well as a quote for the items that he recommended earlier that could enhance the system's performance. In summary, I was impressed with Chuck's thorough, professional, and courteous manner. This is what I've come to expect from Boy's AirTech. I've used their heating and air conditioning services four times and I've been quite pleased with the company and its people every time. I highly recommend them."
