Our air-conditioning is working again and we will finally be able to have a good night sleep. I was thrilled that Matt came out on a Sunday evening and fixed our problem. He also took the time to show me how to change the filters in our unit and had me practice to make sure that I could do it by myself. I would highly recommend Conde Tech Services."

"I have two air conditioning units that were leaking. Home Advisor recommended three companies I could choose from, to come to my home and give me an estimate. I chose I-HVAC Solutions since they had the best reviews and I am so happy I did! I called I-HVAC Tuesday evening and Sam was able to come to my house the next morning. The two things I noticed right away, was that his truck was clean and very professional, and he put on booties before entering my house. He looked at both units and was able to tell me right away what was causing the leak. In addition to repairing the leak, he also pointed out some things that could be a potential problem in the future, as a result of the way the units were installed. In contrast, he shared some good things about the quality of the air conditioning units, and its durability. He reassured me with proper maintenance, the units should run to its full capacity, without making the adjustments he noted. This made me feel as if he was not trying to sell me unnecessary services, put just wanted to bring somethings to my attention (both good and not so good). Sam was very thorough and personable. He even shared with me how he stared his own business. I was so impressed with his professionalism, I asked him to perform the much needed maintenance on one of the units. It was clearly dirty and had not been serviced in 2 years. Since he had other clients scheduled, he agreed to come back later that afternoon and perform the maintenance service. I am completely satisfied with I-HVAC and will definitely utilize their services again in the future."

"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."
