"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"My air conditioning condenser went out the fan stoped blowing on the hottest night of the year. He contacted me right away the next morning at 9 am and we made an appointment for that afternoon a Saturday that was forecast to be over 100 degrees . I was expecting to be told I needed to buy a whole new condenser unit and I wouldn t have air conditioning until Monday. Crossing my fingers that it wouldn t cost more than my credit card limit. He came and gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also quoted me for a repair he said should keep the unit running for three or four more years. First, David took the time to show me the math about my CFM airflow problem. I have been short about 800 CFM all these years and it's probably why my other unit wore out after 12 years. I got a 5 ton Lennox unit and David explained the differences between it and a comparable Trane (which I had previously installed).
