"Metro Air did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company, especially Ron, my technician. At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. He contacted me right away the next morning at 9 am and we made an appointment for that afternoon a Saturday that was forecast to be over 100 degrees . I was expecting to be told I needed to buy a whole new condenser unit and I wouldn t have air conditioning until Monday. Crossing my fingers that it wouldn t cost more than my credit card limit. He came and gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also quoted me for a repair he said should keep the unit running for three or four more years. What I thought was going to be a financial crisis in the thousands of dollars and a weekend of sweaty misery.
