"Sam responded quickly to schedule the appointment online and then confirmed a contact phone number with me.  On the day of the appointment, he phoned about a half hour before the scheduled time and said he was on his way.  He arrived on time and promptly set to finding out where the thermostat, furnace, and A/C unit were located.  He wore covers over his shoes when walking on my hardwood floors (something not a lot of folks do, and appreciated!).  He hooked up his hose to clean out the unit and hooked mine back up after he was done.  He gave my unit a clean bill of health (at this time, which is a standard disclaimer expected by anyone on a unit that is aging), had me sign the paperwork, and went on his way to his next client.  Sam was very polite, congenial, contientious, and efficient.  I read good reviews when I purchased the deal online and now I can concur with others who have used his services previously.  Thank you Sam for a good experience!

My High Priced electronic air filter failed in less than 5 years, the condensation pump has apparently had a leak for 5 years that I did not notice, until the damage had taken it's toll. I called for the "free" 1 year service (twice) and 1 time was scheduled and no one ever came, and then a re-call on it and no one ever came, left a note or called on either."
