During a busy summer, Jeff made time to visit my house and talk through all the options for heat pumps – and explained various pros & cons of the systems so that even a first time homeowner like myself felt knowledgeable and empowered to make a decision. Once I made a choice for a heat pump, his team stayed on top of notifications throughout the supply chain crisis of 2021, keeping me up to date about when the equipment would arrive in order to schedule the installation. The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. I would absolutely call Green City for any future HVAC needs. 10/10 highly recommended."

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"I didn't do any price comparison. I got to tell you, when they installed my furnace, it was really kind of funny because it was a Friday and they were here until pretty late, and after they left, it all quit. So I called them, and they said we'll send somebody out, and then in a few minutes, it started working again, so I called them back and said since it's the weekend coming up and I don't need either heat or A/C, that Monday was fine. On Monday they came out and the problem there was a little something that was filling up with water and once it was full, it turned everything off. They said they had to order a new part, so if it quits working again, just give it a kick. I did, and it brought it back on. They were very responsive. I just thought it was funny as I'll get out. To give it a kick was just funny. Well I have the air conditioning and heat all hooked together there, and so it was the water from the air conditioning that was going into something that wasn't quite the right size. I really like them so do not mark them down because of that! I always feel that the things tell about somebody is if there's a problem how well they go about fixing it."

"Robert answered my inquiry almost immediately after I submitted my request. He was even able to come early the next morning, even though I sent in a request in the evening, he probably fix my issue, and informed me on why it was the case. He gave me the pricing upfront. Even though the cost for these type of things in general are more expensive than I think they should be, HVAC service pros gets a great recommendation for me. I would say the pricing for this service is definitely competitive, so it wasn’t a big deal."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. "Best price for unit and installation of the companies I looked into, but customer service left something to be desired. Took a very long time to get someone out to install the new filter set up at the air intake, with poor communication on their part. That part of the job was done poorly and had to be redone at my insistence. Also had the red warning light come on. Called about that and no follow through. Again. Really wanted to like these guys, but unimpressed with the experience."
