"Owner, Paul Lagoda exceeded all expectations! This was a very difficult job working the ductwork area in a crawl space. Paul was very thorough in all aspects assessing what the job would require. Paul followed up with me during the entire process. When equipment was needed and ordered he gave timely status updates. He went far and beyond the call in many measures and the job was done sooner than promised with an excellent outcome. There were a few other area companies with high ratings that didn't show for appointments, return phone calls, etc., no names but really surprising giving their reviews. Graceland was truly the exception. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. After being in the construction business for over thirty years, my own HVAC people couldn't compete with the pricing we received after the tax credit and that includes figuring the tax credit for the others also.
