We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. They came back and gave me an estimate that was for replacing the condenser and something else plus refrigerant. Very high price. They said that the service program did not cover anything.
