"Josh and his team were very professional. He came out, checked the old furnace and air conditioning unit. We sat down he made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the job. I researched the brand name he was going to install and decided that was what we should go with. Also talked with three different people that knew Josh and he was highly recommended. Everything was done exactly the way he explained and for the price that was quoted. He even helped me set my iPhone up so I could operate the thermostat remotely. He done that because that is the kind man he is. There were a couple of other things he did at no extra charge. "I was very impressed with the work done by Hawk Air Duct Cleaining. After a mold remediation, I wanted the ducts cleaned to make sure they were not harboring any spores or toxins from that incident. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
