They had stated that I needed a new furnace.Scott had called and came over within 1 hour, checked my furnace and found that it was plugged. He did the repairs and running great again. This is the second time he had done work for me a year ago on my air conditioning unit.He does great work, honest and his prices are fair. I will not rely on anyone else, except for Scott. "Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

Arguably one of the most thorough annual checkups I have had since being in the home for 7 years and using some other services in the past. While both furnaces are well beyond their expected life, neither tried to "oversell" me and offered objective pros/cons to some repair options vs. replacement.
