They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

"Due to the pandemic it took a while for the park to come in, but after the park came in they were able to fix it the same day. They were terrific and very helpful. They provided portable AC units during the time when our AC was down. This was very good of the company to do."
