"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit."

"Mr. Handyman picked up my call immediately and got the work scheduled for 2 days later. Since they knew that the dry wall would need a follow up appointment to sand it and give it another coat, they scheduled that meeting as well. Lesley showed up on time, went over the work with me, and got started right away. We decided to leave the outside end of the vent as-is and to plug it with a metal sheet, fill the gap with spray foam insulation, and then patch the drywall. After the work was completed, you can't tell there was ever a large hole in the wall, and we no longer have to worry about any critters trying to get into the house that way or air leaking in/out. The other holes we needed patched turned out great as well. Lesley asked if we needed the patches painted over, but we passed since we're planning on completely repainting our bathrooms in the coming months. The first appointment took around 3 hours and the follow up was probably not even 15 minutes. Overall, I was impressed with how fast Mr. Handyman was able to get the work scheduled and with the work itself. I will definitely consider Mr. handyman the next time I need a job done around the house."

"Thorough site visit for quote. Very responsive to questions and changes in options and revised quotes. G&S provided our lowest quote, but it was still more than we expected, thus a Good rating on price instead of Excellent. I think the quote for the additional duct work was high. The survey before installation was also thorough and I was able to have a say in the electrical and the return air duct design. A great crew of five or more showed up for the main day of installation. Two worked on additional ducting, an electrician, a couple on the outside unit, and one or more on the garage gas furnace and A/C coils. I was not able to watch all the installation work and I was surprised at how the outside unit was oriented. However, when I requested it to be re-worked, they didn't hesitate at all and I was pleased with the result. Because of the responsiveness and resolution, they earned excellent quality and professionalism ratings."

"Had Glendale come out and hook up a minisplit ductless AC unit. Technician came out ahead of time to survey the work and said it would be no problem. When they came out to do the work, their technician worked tirelessly start to finish, and had no trouble getting everything setup and working. Tested both heat and AC fine, and even cleaned up after himself.
Had a small issue with the drain on the indoor unit, called Glendale and they came out the next day and fixed it up pronto, and didn't even charge even though they had to change a fitting.

"It went really, really well. I've owned various rental properties over the years, and have worked with many heating and air conditioning companies, and I found 1st response to be wholly refreshing to work with. First, someone always answered the phone when I called, and the schedulers were always fantastically nice and helpful. Braxton came and gave me some feedback on the type of unit I should have installed, and it made a lot of sense. He seems to be passionate about what he does, and very knowledgable. Also, I received 3 quotes as I usually do when getting work done, and his had the most bang for the buck- in other words I got a better system with more added features than either of the other quotes. Finally, they had great follow through. Because of my thermostat type, they had to come back to install a special part that would allow a new wire to run from my furnace to the thermostat, and they kept their word and did it! I just found the whole experience easy, and will definitely use them in future heating and air conditioning needs."
