"Whole gaggle of people showed up at my home on time and ready to go. Removed the old furnace (1977 circa with a pinch of 1989) and the A/C unit, arranged for its removal and proceed to install a new furnace and a/c unit. They spent the whole day getting it in, wiring, and installing the new thermostat. They cleaned up before they left and wore shoe covering when walking through the house. The project manager Rich came by to check on the progress and everything we talked about when he did an estimate happened with no problems. The crew was efficient and knew what they were doing. Rich said Shavitz did not subcontract and everyone was an employee and trained in their job. They were very professional and friendly. Answered any questions I had and I felt very comfortable using them. I called Shavitz to do a 6-month check on the furnace and the service person showed me how to change the air filter and reviewed how to set the thermostat. I was having problems working the thermostat since it was more complicated then old one and I was not able to control the settings via my smartphone. This turned out to be a systemic issue with the manufacturer and has since been corrected via a software update. So far there has been no further problems."

AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "
