"I called Holmes Air Conditioning and the phone was answered by the owner Bart Holmes. I explained my issue which was my home air conditioner would turn on but would sometimes blow hot air. After talking with me for a good 10 minutes, Mr. Holmes set up an appointment to meet with me at my home the next day. He met me at the time discussed and spent well over an hour diagnosing and going over options with me. Because the a/c only does this some of the time and was working properly he told me that my best option was to wait until it did it again and then call him back so he could properly diagnose the problem before I dump money into it chasing possible solutions. I believe his professionalism and honesty is rare in South Florida and almost unheard of in the air conditioning business. The charge for the service call and hour of his time was $50.00. If you are searching for some integrity, I can highly recommend Bart Holmes."

"One of the machines is called an air handler. I don't know if that's the one that is outside or inside. We have the big fan that moves the air placed outside and there are 2 big pieces. I found Prestige in our phone book and I just got lucky. Our air-conditioner broke down on a Friday afternoon and even though it was November, it was quite warm here in South Florida. The gentleman came later in the afternoon around 5 o'clock. He measured everything, checked out the old air-conditioner and told us that the motor had burnt out. We wondered what the smoky smell was. He replaced both the outside and the inside pieces. They came out even though it was at the end of their day to see if they could fix it to make it last through the weekend. Of course they couldn't with the motor being burnt up. They measured everything square footage to the house and let us know what was available that they had that they could bring out the next Monday. They gave us the Florida break. It was like a rebate, the max p&l, for putting in a new A/C. He made sure we had the paperwork for that and gave it to us right on the billing. A crew of people came the next Monday and took all the old stuff out and put in the new stuff. They completed the work in 2 hours and we had A/C."

"Silviu and his 2 assistants came out to check on what I thought might be a duct leak in the attic. It turned out our ducts are undersized and need to be replaced for the unit we have. Silviu was very professional, informative and answered numerous questions. Currently our budget can't replace the ducting system but as soon as it does I will strongly consider hiring him to do the job. We were not charged anything for the visit and I deeply appreciate his advice and information! I do believe he is honest and fair and would not hesitate to hire him for your air conditioning needs."

"We've been without A/C for a month trying to deal with our home warranty company (we actually placed the initial service call November 1 it's now December 3). I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit. Anyways, these guys, Tiwayne and Aaron, showed up the next day with the correct parts and got it working! We live in a condo and there was a hick-up with the insurance paperwork. These two gentlemen waited around for 3 hours until the paperwork finally came through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tiwayne and Aaron! With all the BS that we've been dealing with the other company and the fact that while they were working on fixing out A/C I was coming home from surgery. These guys really saved the day.
