The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "Very well. The air conditioning workmen (Shaun and Sedrick) showed up between 8 and 9 and worked through until 4 PM. They were professional, informative and respectful of homeowner. Electrician and other Seatown workmen also participated in the project. I really appreciated the fact that two apprentices were part of the project and were being taught by the more experienced people, which indicates the company's commitment to well trained and cohesive staff. They also did a respectable clean-up before departure."

"Mr. Handyman picked up my call immediately and got the work scheduled for 2 days later. Since they knew that the dry wall would need a follow up appointment to sand it and give it another coat, they scheduled that meeting as well. Lesley showed up on time, went over the work with me, and got started right away. We decided to leave the outside end of the vent as-is and to plug it with a metal sheet, fill the gap with spray foam insulation, and then patch the drywall. After the work was completed, you can't tell there was ever a large hole in the wall, and we no longer have to worry about any critters trying to get into the house that way or air leaking in/out. The other holes we needed patched turned out great as well. Lesley asked if we needed the patches painted over, but we passed since we're planning on completely repainting our bathrooms in the coming months. The first appointment took around 3 hours and the follow up was probably not even 15 minutes. Overall, I was impressed with how fast Mr. Handyman was able to get the work scheduled and with the work itself. I will definitely consider Mr. handyman the next time I need a job done around the house."

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."
