"This was my second quote and this company is amazing. Quickly identified the issue, changed the motor, provided a filter and made sure everything was working on one trip within a few hours. The previous company (Air Pros, LLC) said it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new unit over $6k which was a huge scam. Don't go to those guys, work with this family owned honest business. Keep in mind HVAC repairs in many cases are not cheap, I own 3 houses and have paid several hundred or more when an HVAC is old and need repairs."

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"Love, love, love Premier HVAC!! Steve West and his office staff are the nicest, most honest and professional folks we have ever worked with. Steve installed a unit for us 3 years ago, and we have used his company since then for any/all services for our units. They relpy to your request quickly, and are very friendly and professional. Steve West works harder than anyone I've met, I think! He seems to stay very busy, but always makes time to work us into his schedule, even if it means adding us to the end of his full schedule, in the evening. This happened recently, and we were so grateful, as we had no air upstairs, and its July. He was so efficient, and had our unit up and running in no time. Our coils stay dirty, because the dryer vent exits the house right next to our AC units. He had explained to us earlier that this was problematic, and we would need to have them cleaned regularly, but we got busy and forgot. Hence, his evening visit to our house to replace the overheated compressor, due to the dirty coils. Needless to say, he also made time out of his very busy schedule to come out and clean the coils, just a few days later. I highly recommend Premier HVAC to anyone and everyone who wants excellent, efficient, polite, friendly, and fairly priced, labor and equipment!"
