Keith the owner came over to assess the job and took the time to explain how the system worked and went over of the various options. He got back to me in a timely manner with a fair price. He assured me the install will be done neating and without incident and I would be happy. They did not disappoint! I was extremely happy with the results. Ron the project manager was a down the earth guy that was professional and willing to explain things to me as the job was progressing. The 2 young workers Richard and Nathan were both awesome. They were both good workers that got the job done without issue. I really enjoyed speaking to them and they were helpful in explaining things to me when I had questions. "From start to finish we have had a great experience with Rodenhiser. Rick Picard came out to look at our system and provided a few estimates for different options while on site. We needed most of our 35 year old central air conditioning system replaced. The communication from the company was impressive. We always knew who was coming and when. They helped with the initial MassSave paperwork and even submitted all of the rebate paperwork for us when the install was complete. Good luck finding another company that will do the same. Our installers (Brian Heno and Dylan E.) arrived on time every day. They were professional, kept us updated on their progress and cleaned up daily. Two very hard working guys. They did a great job with the install. It looks and performs fantastic. We could not be happier with the system now that it is installed. We chose the correct company to work with. This is our second time having Rodenhiser complete a major install at our house. We had them install a furnace several years ago. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Thank you."

"I've been working with this organization for about 2 years, perhaps a bit more, they have always been cost effective until this recent experience, they spent ~30-45min here at the house and identified the problem as a clogged pan drain,
the charge was ~300, i asked why the "high" charge and it was broken down as ~250 to come out and provide service, and another ~40 for the cost of the gas "nitrogen" to clear the drain,
these people have always been polite, professional, and effective, but, the charges have now become cost prohibitive, if you got the money and need a someone, these people are the ones i would recommend

"Bob was awesome and it was a great experience overall. We had 2-3 days of work lined up, and Bob was punctual, communicated well and did a solid job. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with us when it came time to setup the lattice work under the deck, but it didn’t matter. Bob setup an outdoor awning to let him continue the job to through very rough conditions, without any complaints. After the job, I received an email with a list of future repairs that we talked about, so we have a record for a later date. I look forward to hiring Bob again soon. His pricing was fair and he was very upfront about it all."
