"We had SOS add insulation in our crawlspace and attic. They provided information and guidance that was timely and intuitively gauged for our needs as laymen. On the day of our appointment they were punctual and professional, careful throughout the process, and allowed time for us to inspect their work before leaving. After they left, we had the odd realization that our furnace sounded significantly louder for some reason. Having no idea how insulation would have any impact on such a thing, Husband called and spoke with the owner, Daniel, who asked a few quick questions and immediately suspected both culprit and solution. When they returned to the house, Daniel’s hunch was proven to be correct. There was a bit too much insulation around the duct, and the restriction resulted in a louder “moan” coming from the vents. They fixed it easily and efficiently, and our furnace is back to being rather quiet. I don’t hesitate to recommend SOS Insulation. They are professional experts who take clear pride in ownership. "From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit."

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"It went really, really well. I've owned various rental properties over the years, and have worked with many heating and air conditioning companies, and I found 1st response to be wholly refreshing to work with. First, someone always answered the phone when I called, and the schedulers were always fantastically nice and helpful. Braxton came and gave me some feedback on the type of unit I should have installed, and it made a lot of sense. He seems to be passionate about what he does, and very knowledgable. Also, I received 3 quotes as I usually do when getting work done, and his had the most bang for the buck- in other words I got a better system with more added features than either of the other quotes. Finally, they had great follow through. Because of my thermostat type, they had to come back to install a special part that would allow a new wire to run from my furnace to the thermostat, and they kept their word and did it! I just found the whole experience easy, and will definitely use them in future heating and air conditioning needs."
