"This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!"

"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. "They did a very good job. They took a lot of time. They went through and identified all of the air leakages in our house and then they did weatherization some improvements like air sealing and change light bulbs and things like that to improve our energy efficiency."

"Sears may have a good product, but I was very uncomfortable with the guy they sent out to give a "quote". It isn't a quote, it's a sales pitch and it ate up over 2 hours of our time! The salesman was very nice and seemed like a good guy, but he was overselling sears and putting down ind. contractors and it put me off. Aside form that, their quote was 2/3 higher than anywhere else. $23,000 for central air just wasn't worth it for us."
