Shawn, the salesman, was able to come up with a plan that combined traditional ducted AC for the first floor of our home with ductless ceiling cassettes for the second floor of our home, completed with one wall unit for our finished third floor office. We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. "I had a service program with another co, the company they sent, looked at my air conditioning unit and then said they had to find out what the service program was going to cover. They came back and gave me an estimate that was for replacing the condenser and something else plus refrigerant. Very high price. They said that the service program did not cover anything. At about 2pm through home advisor i got a call from all phases. Within an hour,Henry showed up and by 4pm i had cold air. I was very pleased with the service and the cost. I would refer All Phases to any one in need of air conditioning service."
