Shawn, the salesman, was able to come up with a plan that combined traditional ducted AC for the first floor of our home with ductless ceiling cassettes for the second floor of our home, completed with one wall unit for our finished third floor office. We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. Ross installed a natural gas forced hot air furnace and central air conditioning, including ductwork throughout the house. Our heating costs for the winter before this work were over $7K, and for the year after the work were less than $2K!
