"Hats off to Kingdom Air!!! They called me to schedule a time to check my A/C before hot weather. Had an appointment today (5/19) between 1000 and 1200. Got a call it might be between 1400 and 1600 before they could get here because with the storm we had last night they had extra service calls. No problem, my A/C is working. At 1205 I had a knock on my door. Clay came in; spent approximately an hour and a half going over everything for/with me. Once again, hats off to Kingdom Air and CLAY!!"

"I called after my warranty company sent me a company that had an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. That company wanted $1,805 to replace the coils and told the warranty company something about modifications. The warranty company would not honor the warranty and would not send a repair company that did not have an F rating. It had been two weeks without air conditioning, and I used Home Advisor to find a reputable air conditioning company. They sent me two choices, and I choose Service 1st Pros. They cave me an appointment for the next day. The technician was timely, courteous, helpful, and fixed the problem. "The guys from Super Heating and Cooling were great. They came out, did a quick look over what we needed. They had to run back to their shop to get a specialty filter for my system but they were back and done with the work in less than one hour. They gave me a fair price on the filter and a good price on the labor. I had them cover a two holes in my duct work and I was very pleased with the work and attitude of the employees. They gave me some advice for how to best filter my system and I was pleased with the different options they gave and the explaination of each one in good detail. I will definitely be going back to these guys when I need to get my ductwork cleaned out this spring.

The only downside was that they showed up 30 min early and I was not home from work, and my wife did not know exactly what we needed done. But they waited patiently for me to arrive and give them the rundown."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner.
