"Service was quick and very professional. Thank you!"

"Basset Heating and Air Conditioning offers a great plan where the customer pays a reduced set price once a year to have their air conditioner tuned up in the spring and their furnace tuned up in the fall. Additionally, under the plan the customer recieves significant discounts should his or her air conditioner or furnace need emergency repair any time during the year. As usual, the Basset Heating and Air Conditioning front office called me to set up an appointment for my spring tune up. Mike called 30 minutes prior to arriving to assure me that he would be on time plus or minus a couple of minutes. The entire tune up took approximately 30 minutes. After the tune up was complete, Mike sat down with me and explained that my air conditioner was now 13 years old with a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years. He also explained that the EPA was phasing out the older air conditioners and that if leaks were to occur in my unit, the replacement freon was getting more and more expensive each year. He told me the approximate price of a new air conditioning unit and compared it to the price of continually replacing the freon in my older model. This was very good to know. Should leaks now occur over the next couple of years, I will definitely buy a new unit rather than throw away good money after bad. A very professional job from a very experienced, professional man.

"Not only did the crew of Behold, Tristan and Kendrick, install a new furnace, but they also installed the Air Conditioning unit, all in one day! They were professional, thorough, friendly and diligent workers. Would hire them any time."

"I recently had Comfair Heat and AC install a new furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was timely, professional, and incredibly friendly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the process, and completed the installation efficiently without cutting any corners. Their pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of their work truly stands out. The new furnace runs perfectly, and the difference in comfort is noticeable already. Overall, Comfair delivered fantastic service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or AC work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future."

"My system was 28 years old I was dreading replacing the system . Olympic city Air made it easy for me to choose the perfect system for my home ! I was relived when they showed me their finance options ."

"They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be arriving. They were professional and listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done. They went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fixes in plumbing."

"When the permit inspector came to the house, he told us that the install was beautiful. Rarely did he see such work that the contractor both knew how to accurately install all of our components (a/c, furnace, water heater, humidifier, and air purifier), but also cared enough to take the time to do the job right. A+ to Robbins for doing such an incredible job. I can give no higher recommendation."
