Martinâ s estimate was significantly lower by several thousand and when he went to put on a new motor for us to hold us over until we could get a new unit (it was a holiday weekend) He found the old fan did not need replacing and it was only a capacitor. He replaced it for $175. He could have easily just move forward and sold us a new unit but he would not do that. When we need that new unit we will definitely call Burgos!"
