"Bill and his son did our job and it went smoothly. They had everything timed perfectly with the crane and recycling crew and the installation. We are very happy that we were able to hire Warlock Air Conditioning for our home. So happy to have a thermostat that is easy to set. Overall, great job, good American Standard product, and honest, efficient people."

"Our air conditioning stopped working so we called Absolute Comfort. They had an appointment available the same day which was great! Rob Tavolacci from Absolute Comfort fixed our unit after a few hiccups with the our furnace not working. He was very professional, friendly, explained what the problems were and gave us advice on fixing it. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"Service tech was very helpful about the condition of my AC unit."

"What an awesome experience! I highly recommend Otter Air Heating and Cooling as they are absolutely excellent! I located Otter Air Heating and Cooling via Angi. I was impressed with all of the previous reviews. I prayed before calling, and the owner, Mr. Aaron Joumas answered immediately. I spoke with him briefly about repairing my 12 yr old system, which he visited on the same day, diagnosed, and provided a lower quote than another company. Because my system was old and had previously stopped working many times, I asked about replacing the entire system. Mr. Joumas quoted a fantastic price and scheduled my replacement within two days! During removal of the old unit and new installation, Mr. Joumas and his crew were very kind, considerate, courteous, conscientious, thorough, and clean! I was happy with everything and purchased their preventative maintenance plan and air duct cleaning services. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!"

"Lou contacted me shortly after I entered my info on the Home Advisor site. He came to evaluate the problem the next afternoon, as I was out of town when he contacted me. Lou was able to fix both of my out of service units and restore my air conditioning. My system is 15 - 17 yrs old. When I need a new system I'll contact Lou to hook me up. He was honest and knowledgeable.. Dr Michael Bush - Chandler, AZ"

"I called service for our Central AC in the evening, received an immediate response from Mike. He sent a wonderful technician Justin to service our units the next morning. This quick response is so appreciated, unlike our home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty arranged a service call with The Sensible Air Conditioning after THREE days regardless we are under 110 Plus hot weather. The Sensible Air Conditioning technician never showed up for the appointment while we took 4 hours time off from work. Once they sent another technician, it was worse. He is so incompetent and useless, He claimed he fixed the AC which he did not. Later, we found out one of the unit's ground switch was on the "off" position, that Sensible AC company technician did not even realized that the unit was not been turned on, yet he claimed he fix the problem. Justin is competent, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. He checked our two units both inside and outside of our house, provided a list of diagnosis and suggestions. He explained each issue, solution and recommendation in great details, They are factual, accurate and practical. We have cool air again after his visit, we are so impressed by Justin's service, we will call Valleywide Cooling for any future service, and will request Justin as the person to take care of our request."
