"They installed a new boiler and central air conditioning in my DC rowhome and did a fantastic job. Joe answered all of my questions and they stayed on schedule with the project which was great because it was a larger project. He inspected the unit, found a failed capacitor caused by an add-on Michael and Sons installed last inspection. "Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."

"Two separate contracts and appointments. Showed up on time, called before arrival and I knew what employee was coming. Competitive pricing, but more importantly quality service and honest and personable employees. Came with all necessary parts and gave me options did not try to upscale but gave me realistic options for my house and financial status. "This is a contractor we all want to find, to hire someone that will not try to talk you int.o a new furnace when the thermostat just needs to be reprogrammed after replacing weak batteries. The service man tested a few electrical components on the furnace, and he concluded that the furnace was not the problem.
